Kabel-X USA was founded in 2006 and is based in Doral, Florida. The Kabel-X facility provides for research & development as well as a platform to perform conversion demonstrations.

Michael M. Adler Co-Chairman |
As Chairman and CEO of Adler Group, Inc., one of South Florida's largest and most successful real estate companies, Michael has played a significant role in the growth and development of South Florida as a major center for international trade. Adler graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 1973. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), the Beacon Council and Greater Miami Chamber. |

Leon Tenenbaum Co-Chairman |
Leon is Chairman of Image Duty Free Services, a South Florida based enterprise specializing in duty free retail and distribution in the Caribbean and Latin America. He received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1981. |

Mike Hebbard Chief Operating Officer |
Mike serves as the chief technical officer for Kabel-X USA. Mike focuses on engineering as well as sales. His 35 years of telecommunications experience include telephone company engineering, construction, and operations; wireless and wireline CATV services, and international business ventures. |

John Meyer Chief Financial Officer |
As chief financial officer, John is responsible for all aspects of the financial function including business planning, financial reporting, risk management and procurement. |

David S. Adler Vice President |
David is the Executive Vice President of Kabel-X USA. He has been instrumental in assembling the enterprise and a the team of industry experts. David focuses primarily on sales and follow-up services with existing clients. |

Rick Swanson Chief Engineer |
As the Chief Engineer, Rick oversees all research & development as Kabel-X USA. He is also resposnible for site assessment and project implementation. Rick also trains contractor crews to operate using the Kabel-X process and will accompany crews into the field to assist in fiber conversion projects. |
